Seniority Level – Mid-Senior level Location: Hyderabad / Remote Description: Please find below a brief job description: • Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates). • Must have experience in dealing W2/C2C with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates. • Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools. • Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants’ profiles on time. • Proven successful sales record in the U.S Staffing industry. • Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary. • Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates. • Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database. • Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends. • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment • To understand the Technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources. • Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame. The below mentioned requirement might be a perfect fit for you. Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US. • Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites. • Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements such as Java, .Net, Oracle, SAP, Embedded, Linux, UNIX, HTML, DHTML, and XML, etc. • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement. • To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders. • Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively. Desired Skills • The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills. • Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude. • Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment. • Candidate must have a clear understanding of benefits, compensation, US Visa/ employment types, and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT, etc. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in IT is preferred however the combination of education and experience will also be considered. • Must have a minimum of 6+ months of experience in US IT Recruitment. • Must have hands-on experience working with MSP/VMS-based Direct Clients.
